DELIVERY TIMES

All orders on Rehisk are shipped by USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch orders from the warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated delivery time displayed on the product page.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Having a complete and accurate delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. To make changes or cancel your order, please email info@ganymedebos.com within 8 hours of placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your representative, we will promptly contact you for a correction. Please note that a re-shipping fee will be charged for any packages that need to be re-sent.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO SHIPPING

If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please take some photos of the damage to the package and contact the carrier.
